"Cutting through the carbon confusion"
There are many organisations that specialise in the different aspects that make up the low carbon agenda but none of them seek to cover it all. At Low Carbon Britain we endeavour to provide you with what you need to make the changes necessary to minimise your carbon footprint. |
Carbon footprint definition
A Carbon footprint is a measure of the amount of Carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted by an individual or organisations activities. Carbon dioxide accounts for 95% of all green house gas emissions.
If you are a small business Low Carbon Britain can assist your organisation to understand the options available to reduce your carbon footprint through energy, water and waste efficiency schemes in the workplace that will result in cost benefits.
Alternatively if you are a large organisation we can provide strategic support to help you achieve your carbon reduction aspirations and targets. We can work with you to baseline your activities by calculating a carbon footprint, audit your organisational activities and then develop a carbon reduction plan with varying degrees of intervention.
